Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to the Viral IQ app (the "App") on iOS and Android. By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.

• App Store (iOS): Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to your use of the App.

• Google Play (Android): the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your use of the App.

2. The Service

Viral IQ uses AI to analyze your short videos and gives you scores, forecasts and feedback. Scores are estimates. We do not guarantee views, reach or any other result.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Some features require a paid subscription. The price and length of each plan are shown in the App before you buy.

• App Store (iOS): payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.

• Google Play (Android): payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.

• If a free trial is offered, the paid subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

4. Auto-Renewal

• App Store (iOS): your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Google Play (Android): your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

5. Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription

• App Store (iOS): open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Viral IQ to change or cancel your plan.

• Google Play (Android): open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, and choose Viral IQ to change or cancel your plan.

• Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

6. Refunds

• Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, so refunds follow their policies.

• App Store (iOS): refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

• Google Play (Android): refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies. See Google Play refund help.

7. Your Videos

You keep all rights to the videos you upload. You allow us to process them only to provide the analysis, and you confirm you have the right to upload them. Videos are deleted after the analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated terms.
